crap crap crap crap crap crap crap crap. Why? Because:
1. Cheap like hell. Even smells funny.
2. The supplied charger doesn't even plug into it, although it works separately, but you can get that for under $1
3. When used to sync and charge with the computer, it doesn't sync or charge via usb (the mac refuses to cooperate with it)
4. Audio out function doesn't work when plugged into the computer
5. Audio out lack any sort of volume control and the volume is reduced to about 50% of the regular ipod volume
6. The FW capability usage with the ipod is so last century, even Apple itself has abandoned it (may be a 1G or 2G ipod owner would like it)
7. The nano dock adapter doesn't fit into it
8. Totally not for the nano
8. And did I mention that it's crap.
So please save your money on this POS and get instead a nano dock from Apple for only $15 on Amazon. This is cheaper when you add shipment costs to the price of this piece of crap.
